A man in his thirties travels to a remote cabin to reconnect with his isolated father.

Then, when he receives an unexpected letter from his isolated father asking for a visit, Norval takes a bus to his father’s isolated and picturesque house by the sea. Perhaps Norval will give Norval the emotional satisfaction he lacks again. However, he soon realizes something about his father, a feeling of restlessness caused by inappropriate comments and a possible excessive dependence on alcohol. Norval quickly realizes that his hopes of bonding between parents and children are doomed. Instead of a family reunion, he finds himself in a nightmare.
